I’m a creative leader, broadcaster, and lifelong music fan with a career that spans the BBC, commercial radio, branded content, and podcasting. From hosting breakfast shows in Bristol, Somerset and Crawley to delivering award-winning campaigns for global brands, I’ve always been drawn to the space where storytelling and culture collide.

Most recently, I created the Paul Weller Fan Podcast – a bold, independent project born out of lockdown and a long-held regret. It quickly became a global hit, praised by fans and Weller himself as the most complete audio biography ever made.

That journey has led to my first book, Paul Weller: Dancing Through the Fire – the authorised oral history. Based on over 200 hours of interviews, it explores his extraordinary life and work through the voices of those who know him best.

Alongside my podcasting and writing, I lead project delivery for transformation initiatives at WPP Media.

Whether behind a mic or managing complex change, I’m always chasing what’s next – with curiosity, passion, and just the right amount of caffeine.

I live in Surrey with my wonderful wife, Kate, and our brilliant sons, Henry and Freddie. They’re a constant reminder of what truly matters.
